London School of Economics Rowing Club (LSERC), Head Coach (Part-time)
LSERC is looking to hire an energetic new coach on a permanent part-time, paid basis, from September 2022 through the 2022/2023 academic year (ending around June).

About us: LSERC is an active, social, and enthusiastic club, with a senior squad, consisting of around 2 men’s and 2 women’s teams, and a development squad, consisting of 1 men’s and 1 women’s team. The club uses the ULBC facilities in Chiswick for outings, but all erg training is based on the LSE Campus in Holborn.

The coaching position will involve 8-10 hours per week, and main responsibilities will include:
• Coaching outings (including tank sessions during the ‘give it a go’ period at the beginning of the academic year)
• Providing training programs to our 6 teams (experienced and beginners)
• Providing frequent and effective feedback to the Committee and team captains
• The possibility of further time coaching ergs on campus at LSE

Experience: A UKCC Level 2 Coaching Certificate and recent coaching experience in a club or university are desirable
Salary: To be discussed at interview and dependent on experience
